1. About these terms

HirePross is a marketplace that connects customers with local service providers and protects payments through escrow. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use HirePross.

3. Posting tasks & quoting

Customers may post tasks for free. Providers may send fixed-price quotes for jobs in their trades and service area.

Quotes are commitments — providers should only quote work they can deliver, and customers should only hire when they intend to proceed.

4. Payments & escrow

When a customer hires a provider, the agreed amount is held in secure escrow. Funds are released to the provider when the customer confirms the job is complete.

HirePross charges providers a flat commission on completed, paid jobs. There are no fees to post a task or receive quotes.

5. Conduct

You agree to use HirePross lawfully and respectfully. Fraud, harassment, misrepresentation, or attempts to move payments off-platform to avoid protection are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Disputes

If a job is not completed as agreed, either party may raise a dispute before funds are released. Our team will review the case and help reach a fair resolution.

7. Liability

HirePross facilitates connections and payments but is not a party to the work itself. Providers are independent and responsible for the services they deliver.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated, and continued use of HirePross means you accept the updated terms.
