Is it free to post a task?+
Yes — posting a task and receiving quotes is completely free. You only pay the pro you choose to hire, and that payment is held safely in escrow until the job is done.
How do I choose a pro?+
Each quote shows the pro’s price, rating, reviews, completed jobs and trust score. Compare them side by side and hire the one that fits you best.
What is escrow and how does it protect me?+
Escrow means your payment is held securely by HirePross, not sent to the pro straight away. The pro is only paid once you confirm the work is complete — so you never pay upfront for unfinished work.
What if I’m not happy with the work?+
If a job is not completed as agreed, you can raise a dispute before releasing payment. Our team reviews it and helps reach a fair resolution.
For pros
How much does it cost to join?+
Joining and quoting is free. HirePross takes a flat 15% commission only when you get paid for a completed job — no subscriptions and no lead fees.
How and when do I get paid?+
Once the customer confirms the job, your payment is released from escrow to your wallet. You can withdraw your balance to your bank at any time.
How do I get verified?+
Complete your profile and pass a quick identity and business check. Verified pros get a badge that builds trust and wins more work.
Payments & security
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed securely and funds are protected in escrow until a job is confirmed complete.
Can I get a refund?+
Because payment is held in escrow, funds are only released when you confirm completion. If there’s an issue, raise a dispute before releasing and we’ll help resolve it.
